Material and cutting strategy

Aluminium, steel, titanium, Inconel and composites all demand different spindle power, speed range and coolant strategy.

Part envelope and batch size

Table size, travel and tool capacity must match your largest part and your typical batch — not just your average.

Tolerance and surface finish

A machine capable of ±0.005mm is a different specification to one running ±0.05mm. We won't over-specify or under-specify.

Control system and programming

Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain and Mazatrol all have different operator learning curves and CAM post-processor requirements.
